About Robotist
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Robotist website at robotist.com.au (the "Website") and your engagement with the services provided by Robotist Pty Ltd ("Robotist", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Australia and based in Sydney, New South Wales.
Robotist is a robotics procurement and integration consultancy. We assist Australian businesses with the identification, sourcing, importation, installation, and ongoing support of commercial robots for use in hospitality, logistics, security, medical, and industrial environments.
By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
Website
Website is informational only
The content on this Website — including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, lead times, and use case examples — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract.
All pricing displayed on the Website is indicative only and subject to change without notice. Final pricing for any product or service is confirmed only through a formal written quotation issued directly by Robotist to the client.
Product specifications, images, and descriptions are sourced from our supply chain partners. Robotist makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not warrant that any product detail is complete, current, or error-free. Specifications may vary between manufacturing batches. We recommend requesting a detailed technical datasheet before any purchasing decision.
Purchases & Rentals
All transactions require a written agreement
No purchase, rental, lease, or deployment of any robot or service offered by Robotist is concluded through this Website. All commercial transactions are subject to a separate written agreement executed between Robotist and the client, which will set out the specific terms governing that transaction including price, payment schedule, delivery, installation, warranties, and support.
Enquiries submitted through the Website, including contact form submissions and email communications, do not constitute a binding order or create any contractual obligation on either party. A transaction is only binding when a formal written agreement has been signed by both parties.
Rental arrangements are available for certain products and are subject to minimum engagement periods, site suitability assessments, and specific rental agreement terms that will be provided at time of engagement.
Warranties
No warranty of suitability without site assessment
Robotist does not make any warranty, express or implied, that any robot listed on this Website is suitable for a specific application, environment, or use case without first conducting a site assessment.
Robot performance is affected by facility layout, floor surface, ambient lighting, network infrastructure, ambient temperature, load requirements, and a range of other site-specific variables. Robotist strongly recommends a formal site assessment prior to any procurement decision. Site assessments are conducted as part of our standard consultation process.
Product warranties provided by Robotist are set out in the relevant written agreement and are limited to the terms specified therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer guarantee rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be excluded by law.
Liability
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Robotist excludes all liability for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss) arising from:
- Your use of or reliance on information published on this Website
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Website content
- Temporary unavailability of the Website
- Any use of a robot product outside the terms of a written agreement and any applicable operating guidelines
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Robotist's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted — and where applicable, to the resupply of the relevant service or the cost of having the service supplied again.

All content on this Website — including the Robotist name, logo, brand identity, written copy, product descriptions, photography, and design — is the intellectual property of Robotist Pty Ltd and is protected under Australian and international copyright, trademark, and design laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, or use any content from this Website for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Robotist. Personal, non-commercial viewing and sharing for informational purposes is permitted.
